🎉 Celebrating CONVERT's Final Event! We closed out three years of work at the 2026 All Digital Summit, bringing partners together one last time to share what CONVERT has built and reflect on the journey. The session opened with an icebreaker game introducing cloud computing, one of the courses CONVERT provides and one of the most in-demand skill areas in today's job market. From there, partners walked through why the project matters and how CONVERT maps skills to labour market needs, the skills selection process, and the e-learning platform itself, before a deep dive into micro-credentials with Valentina Grganovic (NTT DATA), who supports the European Commission on ESCO and European Digital Credentials for Learning. The day closed with policy recommendations drawing on everything shared.
